Food Integration

The order flow of GoFood is given below.

  1. Consumer places the order via GoFood.
  2. Order flows through Gojek backend, that is, GoBiz.
  3. GoBiz relays order to the partner POS System.
  4. Enterprise acknowledges and prepares the order.
  5. Driver picks up the order.
  6. Consumer receives the order.

To handle the order flow, the Enterprise performs the following steps at the backend:

  1. Partner confirms that all its outlets are registered in GoBiz.
  2. Partner calls Update GoFood Outlet Catalog API when outlets push the updated menu.
  3. Partner subscribes to relevant order subscription events for the order to be relayed to the partner POS system.
  4. Partner calls Promo APIs to enable self-serving promo setup.

The GoFood order comes directly to the internal POS system of the Partner. Therefore, there is no need to install GoBiz app for an Partner.
